Long et al.) which&amp;nbsp;basically is an admission that&amp;nbsp;Attorney General Long's version of&amp;nbsp;the J.A.I.L. amendment (his Amendment E) was really not an accurate description of what J.A.I.L. really is.&amp;nbsp;This decision resulted in Amendment E being&amp;nbsp;allowed on the ballot, where it&amp;nbsp;was defeated. J.A.I.L. was not defeated, Long's misrepresentation of it was. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;Interestingly, two judges disqualified themselves from the case.
